  • Your pre-teen or teen is open to building a relationship with their therapist

  • Your pre-teen or teen is open to learning new ways to manage their emotions, anxiety, and relationships

  • As a parent, you are open to acknowledging mental health concerns as a family concept. You acknowledge that you are a key support for your child (even when they push you away!)

  • As a parent, you are open to parent sessions should the need arise. You are open to understanding how to better support your child

session length & frequency

  • Each session is up to 50 minutes in length. Initially, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are recommended.

investment

  • All sessions are $155. This fee is covered by most extended benefits plans.
