About Me

  • I am 36 years old and live with my husband and dog. I deeply value my family, friends, and clients… relationships are everything.

  • Prior to my career in social work and psychotherapy, I worked in content marking for 5 years. I never felt deeply connected to this work. I knew something was missing.

  • I am passionate about helping individuals and families develop secure, trusting relationships with themselves and others using attachment theory, child development research & neuroscience

  • You will most likely find me escaping the world with a good book (fiction only), good music (I’m an emo kid at heart), good food, or some good friends
